On Sunday, we had a phone call where Mike thoroughly explained the outline of the coming day. The following day, he met us in the 90-degree heat of July and walked me through the house making notes, taking phots, and explaining the condition of various areas. As a first-time home buyer, Mike was very helpful and patient in answering questions. The day following inspection, we received the full comprehensive inspection report that was easy to navigate and understand. I would most definitely use 3-D Home Inspection again in the future!
