Mike Stephans, ACI | Experienced Home Inspector

Mike grew up in a home that was regularly remodeled and renovated. So, he’s very familiar with the inner workings of a house. After spending most of his early career in manufacturing management, Mike has been providing quality, professional home inspections since 2005.

				Mike was very meticulous. After inspecting each section of the house, he would come back and explain his findings. He offered for us to follow him around to ask questions while he worked (we chose not to so as to allow him to work). His report was extremely detailed. 				3-D Home Inspection (Mike Stephans) was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Our appointment was made online on a Saturday. On Sunday, we had a phone call where Mike thoroughly explained the outline of the coming day. The following day, he met us in the 90-degree heat of July and walked me through the house making notes, taking phots, and explaining the condition of various areas. As a first-time home buyer, Mike was very helpful and patient in answering questions. The day following inspection, we received the full comprehensive inspection report that was easy to navigate and understand. I would most definitely use 3-D Home Inspection again in the future!
